COVID 19 RESTRICTIONS
WE HAVE JUST RECEIVED THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION REGARDING THE LATEST COVID 19 RESTRICTIONS:
The federal Health Secretary has now rated the State of Sonora as a green area according to the national epidemiological ratings.
Enrique Clausen Iberri stated that although the State of Sonora has been graded green, we should not lower our guard and be as careful as we have been for the last year.
''Take care of yourself and protect your loved ones. It's not time to party, it's time to keep sanity, let's keep taking care of ourselves as if we were still rated red”. No matter the color in which the state is a preventative attitude should be maintained and correct use of mouth covers, hand washing, healthy distance and seeking to be in ventilated places must continue.
Finally, he recalled that the COVID-19 pandemic has left Sonora 73 thousand people infected with the virus and 6 thousand deaths, making it imperative that the population continue with the actions for contagion prevention.
Border still closed for non-essential travel.
Nightly curfew is still in place from 1:00 am to 6:00 am.
Masks required in all public spaces in Rocky Point.
